Netwealth First Guardian Class Action

CASL is funding a class action commenced in the Supreme Court of Victoria against Netwealth Investments Limited and Netwealth Superannuation Services Pty Ltd (Netwealth) regarding the collapse of the First Guardian Master Fund (First Guardian). 

This class action may be relevant to you if you:

• invested in First Guardian via Netwealth; and
• even if you already received a payout, this payout may not have covered all of the losses you may be entitled to.
