Australians back class actions to level the legal playing field and hold big business and Government to account

The Association of Litigation Funders of Australia (AALF) have today issued a media release and YouGov White Paper.
In the first poll of its type in Australia, the YouGov survey has shown Australians overwhelmingly support class actions and litigation funding as a way to improve access to justice and hold big business and Governments to account.
