Australian Financial Services Licence | Disallowance Motion

A disappointing, but not unexpected, result in the Senate last night. The disallowance motion, which was backed by Labor and the Greens, was defeated in a 32-32 vote after failing to win support from One Nation.
CASL is pleased to have secured the second litigation funding scheme-specific AFS licence in Australia, and it is ready for this new regulatory environment.
